Barkford Lounge began as a simple idea: to create a calm, caring grooming space where dogs feel safe, loved, and genuinely cared for. After years of being that person who always stopped to say hi to every dog on the street, I decided to turn that love into something more.
I wanted to offer a boutique grooming experience that’s personal and unhurried — where each dog gets the time, patience, and kindness they deserve. No rushing, no stress, just gentle handling and thoughtful care in a relaxed environment.
Every pup who walks through the door is treated like my own. From puppy’s first trim to those regular pamper sessions, my goal is always the same: to make grooming a happy experience that leaves tails wagging and coats shining.
